REFUND POLICY
We are committed to providing high-quality workmanship and clear communication throughout every project.

DEPOSITS
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, purchase materials and schedule labour. Deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or postpone your project, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made before materials have been ordered or work has commenced may be eligible for a partial refund. Any expenses already incurred, including administration, planning, supplier fees, material costs or delivery charges, will be deducted from the refund.
MATERIALS
Materials ordered specifically for your project may not be refundable, particularly where they are custom-made, specially sourced or cannot be returned to supplier.
Any restocking, return or delivery fees charged by the supplier will be deducted from an approved refund.
WORK ALREADY COMPLETED
Payments relating labour, services or work already completed are non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client will be responsible for all labour, materials and other costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
CHANGES OF MIND
Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after materials have been ordered, the booking period has been reserved or work has commenced.
CONCERNS WITH OUR WORK
Please notify Rock on Rockwall's and Landscaping as soon as possible if you have any concerns regarding the workmanship or completed project. We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a reasonable repair or solution.
Refunds will only be considered where a repair or other suitable remedy cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
